“My sincere condolences to the family of Sally McCubbin. She and Denver were terrific library supporters in Somers and also in Rockwell City. I got to know her through her frequent use of the RC library and can still recall both of their card numbers. I always enjoyed that knowing look in her eye.”

“I have fond memories of traveling with Sally to Alaska and many other places. I remember her laughing about how her kids wouldn't approve when we climbed into a sailboat on Mackinac Island. I remember having fun with her on a canoe day for the CalPal group at Swan Lake. I'll always remember her as an interesting and fun person.”
